To guarantee the quality of our services, our team carries out comprehensive on-site audits. To ensure effective collaboration and customer satisfaction, we ask that the following conditions be met before our consultants travel:
- Two representatives of our company must be present at all times.
- Sending of an official invitation specifying the names of the guests, the dates, places and reasons for the interventions.
- Notification to the embassy of the country of origin of our representatives as soon as they arrive on foreign soil.
- Guarantee of optimum security for our representatives throughout their stay.
- Provision of a means of communication outside Wifi zones for our representatives.
- Payment of 70% of the cost of the service prior to travel.
The following costs are at the customer’s expense:
- Visa, residence permit and recommended vaccinations, if applicable.
- Airfare, accommodation in secure hotels with Wi-Fi access, catering and transportation.
- Local travel with a member of the management team, private car and driver.
These conditions have been put in place to ensure that our missions run smoothly and that we can work together with complete peace of mind.
